While Doing HDL of Goal tasks from the Goal reports excel having multiple comments line

Summary:

Hello, While Doing HDL of Goal tasks from the Goal reports excel, we have a multiple comments line in excel of the downloaded goals report. So while trying to move record from report excel to HDL file, there are multiple line which needs to be put up in one line and in double quotes after the delimiter.
Requesting, to have a workaround on how me can move from multiple records to one record (comment in multiple line to one line) for Goals Tasks HDL.
