AI agent is not listing operations when we add from specification in Business object creation

in Oracle AI for Fusion Applications

Summary:

I tried to add Business objects with FInancials or Procurement REST APIS

When I click on create business objects and click add from Specification it shows

The resource '' related openapi document could not be found

I have all Application implementation consultant and all AI related roles are attached.

Our Environment is in 25C. Please help me asap. Attached screen shot shows the error message.
