We are facing an issue with the Learning Approval flow configuration.

Our requirement is to trigger approval based on the DFF created at the offering level, which is linked to a course. The DFF field contains values such as LM or LED. For example, when an employee enrolls in a course with the offering DFF value set to LM, the approval should route to the Line Manager — and this part is working as expected.

However, the issue arises during course withdrawal. The business team requires an approval process to be triggered when an employee withdraws from a course. Specifically, if the offering DFF value is LM, the withdrawal request should be routed to the Line Manager. Currently, this approval is not being triggered as expected.
