We have been struggling to identify where to look on our project related to the error we are receiving when running "Update Project Performance Data". It appears that this error is driving our commitments not updating.

It is PLS_SUMZ_DATA_ISSUE - Planning element is missing on task. What does "planning element" generally reference or what could be driving this error?

In addition, we would like to understand the correct parameters to populate when running Update Project Performance Data.
