Agentic AI 'Ask Oracle" bar is not coming

I’ve created an Agent using the Agentic AI pre-built template. It works correctly in Debug mode, but the 'Ask Oracle' bar is not appearing on the Fusion page. Could you please advise on what might be missing or how to enable it? Profile setup and new role creation is already done. Not sure what is missing.
