Unable to scan barcode using Mobile Inventory

Summary:

Our customer is a health care service provider. We have configured Item relationship with GTIN in Item Master.

Customer receives and issues item using scanner. We would like to use the new feature of Mobile Inventory to scan barcodes which populate Item, Lot, Expiry, etc. Our Barcodes are GS1 complaint. When we are scanning using mobile device, its not populating the Item code based on the GTIN scanned.

It simply defaults what is scanned from the barcode in the Item Field and not breaking the respective data such as Item, Lot, Expiry, Serial, etc. This is how it shows the information.
