Load Workers into Candidate Table

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement, where we need to get the Candidate Numbers for all employees to be present in the IRC_CANDIDATES table, even those who have not joined the org through ORC process (Ex: Acquisition, pre-ORC implementation etc.). We just have a lead of using this ESS job: Load Workers into Candidate Table, where it will load all the employees into Candidate table. Needed to know:

1. If Load Workers into Candidate Table is the right process for the above requirement?

2. If Load Workers into Candidate Table needs to/can be scheduled at some frequency?

3. Are there any other ESS jobs which need to be run/scheduled before or after Load Workers into Candidate Table ESS job?
