We have a requirement where a team is using an external system to manage their work. Once the initial stage of the transaction is approved in the system, we want to use the reference number approved from this system and use that in Fusion to create COA Value Set Value.

In addition to this we want to use APIs to provide information from Fusion back into the other system once the Procurement and payments transactions specific to the initial code created are processed.
