fnd_sessions has rows with last_connect that is after the employee last logged in

Summary:

We are trying to build a report to show who logged in that day. If a person logged in multiple times, we need to report the last time user logged in.

Person 46438 logged into the instance at 3:37:49 PM on 10/10/2025 but FND_SESSIONS has rows with last_connect as 3:37:49 PM, 8:03:00 PM, 8:03:01, and 8:03:09 PM (Eastern Time)

We are trying to understand why this table has rows for almost all employees with last_connect as anytime after 8:03:00 PM even though the users are not logging in anytime after 8:00 PM (Eastern Time).
