AI Agent for Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team) is not fetching the data

Summary:

We have AI Agent for Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team) tested , the use template option was working in test with out any issues but the same configuration we used in our production environment we used , it was not fetching any data , since we have the employee under each line manager , it is not fetching any data .In test system it was working as expected but in production it was not fetching any data , I have the AI Agent admin role with provided roles and we Enabled Redwood for absence , but still doesn't
