PRC: To restrict the Preparer and Requester based on the Business Unit in PR and PO respectively

Hi ,

We have requirement where the business wants to restrict the employee or user in the employee related LOV fields which appears in procurement cycle such as requester in the PR line or PO line, or preparer while re-assigning the PR.

Below is the case:

Employee 1, 2 and 3 are related to BU 1, and Employee 4 and 5 are related to BU 2.

So when the PR created in BU 1 by Employee 1 is being reassigned the LOV to show only Employee 2 and 3. And when the Buyer wants to update the requester name in PO created in BU 1, they should be able to see only Employee 1, 2 and 3 in the LOV.
