Sort Application Tiles Alphabetically

Please note as you read this question: I'm the functional lead in talent development and don't have access or knowledge to edit pages using VBS. I submit requests to a team at my company who does have access and knowledge to perform these types of VBS or other page customization edits.

In Oracle Cloud, is there a seeded/delivered solution to sort all application tiles for which your role provides you permission to access? Or an easy way for our team who has access to adjust the pages using VBS to sort them in alphabetical order so that when you access a tab (e.g., My Client Groups) the app icons/tiles there are sorted alphabetically?
