SCORM content and surveys associated with offers are not displayed

Summary:

We're creating various content elements for courses and offers, but when associating a quiz or SCORM file, we can't see them in the self-service window. We have no issues with videos or web links. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

If we remove the option ORA_WLF_LEARN_SELFSERVICE_DETAIL_VBCS_ENABLED profile, it returns to the responsive version of Learning and we can see this content there, but it only happens on the Redwood pages.
