Offer with Error When Hire is Already a Contact in HCM and you Can't Merge Profiles
How are you dealing with offers that error out because the hire is already a contact in HCM and you cannot merge the profiles? We have a decent amount of hires that are already in HCM as a contact. We end up having to manually hire the person in HCM. We think that this will be happening more due to a configuration update we are making too. When we went live, our consultants suggested cancelling this offers and rejecting the person with the reason "Hired directly in HCM-Person already in HCM as a contact."
