How to change Default GL Account for Category for Requisitioning when Category is Mapped Incorrectly

When we have a requisition submitted and the mappings for the chosen category are missing, the GL Account is defaulting to (just an example) GL Account: '123456 - Travel Expenses'.

We would like to create an account that is dedicated to these types of errors and transactions, called "Default Account". However, I do not see anywhere that a default is set, nor do I see anything indicating why '123456 - Travel Expenses' would be the one chosen when the mappings are missing.

Can someone assist with where to change this default setting for the GL account chosen for when a mapping is missing between Categories and GL accounts?
