Custom Saved Search with Run Automaticaly does not work when open the Manage Supply Lines at first

Summary:

Hi, I created a custom "Saved Search" in Manage Supply Lines with "Set as Default" and "Run Automatically".

And then I opened the Manage Supply Lines, the custom search does not works.

I want to know how the cusom search works when I open the page at first. Ofcourse I re-select the custom search it works.

And open the Manage Supply Lines, the condition set as default. But it does not work "Run Automatically".
