Query: Revoking Access Based on Last Working Date Instead of Termination Date while we terminate?
Hi,
I have a question regarding employee Termination in Oracle Cloud HCM. Is it possible to configure the system to revoke access based on the Last Working Date rather than the Termination Date?
In our current process, the Last Working Date often precedes the Termination Date, and we would like to ensure that system access (e.g., application access, roles, etc.) is revoked as of the actual last day the employee is expected to work.
Could you please advise if this is achievable through standard configuration or if any workaround or customization is required?
