Oracle Learn : enable learner in skipping the course based on the result from pre assessment

Summary:

The requirement of my client is to allow learners to take up pre assessment first before viewing the content of the course. If the learner passes the pre assessment then the training needs to be marked completed, allowing them to skip taking the course , however if they fail the pre assessment then they should be directed in taking up the course.
