Can I delete an internal note in HelpDesk?

I cannot see any option or find any documentation that says how to delete an internal note in HelpDesk

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

customer has captured an internal note in helpdesk on the incorrect employee - she now wants to delete the note - there is no delete option and I can not find anything in the documentation that confirms if this can be done. It appears it can be done if it is case management, but not for a standard Internal Note
