How can we search within a specific candidate pool instead of the global talent community?

Question:

We would like to conduct our candidate search within a specific candidate pool, rather than across the entire global talent community. Candidates who are actively seeking employment, open to working with us, and with whom we have established warm relationships should be searchable. However, the current candidate search functionality does not allow us to filter or search within a specific named candidate pool. Is there a way to achieve this ?
