Auto Termination of Work Relationship

Hello experts,

Is it possible or is there a way that we can do auto termination of a work relationship?

The client have this requirement where all of the person types we have is included in the termination except contingent workers and 1 month before the termination, an email will be sent to the line manager. We have a field in the assignment record named "Contract End date" wherein this is equal to the termination date.

Is this even possible?
