Load interface file for import is completing with retrying status

in Supply Chain Orchestration

A new custom role has been established for the warehouse user, and we are attempting to create a transfer order using the FBDI file. However, the load interface file for import is finishing with a retrying status.

Any suggestions that could assist in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
