Unable to Open “Inquire in Detail Balances” Essbase Error (1013433)

Hello,

We are currently facing an issue in Oracle General Accounting.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to General Accounting → General Accounting Dashboard.

Open the Tasks pane.

Select Inquire in Detail Balances.

The following error appears on the screen:

java.lang.RuntimeException: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot open cube view.
Essbase Error (1013433): The user's filter cannot be applied to the database; check the syntax

Impact:
Due to this error, users are unable to access or use the “Inquire in Detail Balances” functionality in General Accounting, which is impacting our financial inquiries and reporting.

Business Urgency:
High – this functionality is critical for accounting analysis and must be resolved as soon as possible.
