Add item page(MISCELLANEOUS), no longer EDIT PAGE IN VISUAL BUILDER STUDIO

Dear All,

Requirement:

EDIT PAGE IN VISUAL BUILDER STUDIO - option available on Miscellaneous transaction page.

however, after select the Type and Account,

click on ' Add item page, doesn't have 'EDIT PAGE IN VISUAL BUILDER STUDIO' Option.

What is the reason behind this, any setups required to make it enable or is this intended functionality?
