Question on where to fetch seniority dates in OTBI (v1 vs v3)

Summary:

with the v3 seniority dates in play, we are a bit confused as to where to fetch the seniority date data in otbi. Before we migrated to v3, we leveraged 2 fields (which existed in multiple subject areas) Enterprise Seniority date & Legal employer seniority date. After v3 migration we're not seeing net new dates in those fields. We do see that there is a new "seniority date" folder in the "work relationship" subject area and one in the "person seniority date" subject area. When using those 2 folders, we do see the dates populated. My question is, is this
