We are looking to explore creating custom reports within ARCS. It looks like we need to create RTF template files to create these reports. The documentation points to BI Publisher Word add-in as being the tool to create these templates. I have some questions that I struggled finding answers to on the web so was hoping to get some assistance.

1. Is Publisher available as part of our EPM Cloud subscription or is a standalone license required? Is there anywhere I can reference this information?
