Redwood VBS: Business Rules set global defaults

When setting business rules for autocompletion in forms to create/edit a process (i.e.) If Business Unit is “XX” then condition is “XX”  This detail must be entered on each form/action individually requiring edits at every instance that we use the rule (i.e.) change manager, change worker hours, promote, etc..   There should be an option to set these defaults at the Organization level so that you do not have to manually set the defaults in each form with VBS.
