Defaulting TRU value as per selected LE under payroll details in Transfer Redwood Page

Summary:

Created a business rule in express mode to default TRU value as per selected LE. Tried using the condition as Action equals to Global Transfer, and field expression is under field value go to legal employer then legal employer details, under HCM Information select Payroll LRU.

Also, tried inserting the condition for a particular legal entity, still TRU is not getting defaulted.

Has anyone been able to achieve this requirement? If so, how was this accomplished?
