Workflow Exception Approval Process and Audit Trail Requirements

Summary:

In the current process we have lots if reconciling items which are aged more than 90 days, now the maximum age limit is set as 90 days. Now client is requesting that they need a workflow exception approval process that allows reconcilers to request changes to the maximum age limit (which are greater than 90 days) in account profiles, with a focus on audit trail requirements and the technical feasibility of implementing such a workflow within ARCS.

Reconcilers to request exceptions on the aging for accounts, and for audit purposes, there must be a way to report who requested, who approved, and when these actions occurred. Do the ARCS has the functionality to capture the preparer name and request creation date before modifying the standard aging.
