How to trigger Funds Check before Workflow Approval based on successful Funds Check

Summary:

We have a client requirement to trigger Journal Workflow Approval only on successful Funds Check? If Funds Check Fails, then journal should NOT get routed for approval.

Currently, Journal Workflow Approval get triggered first and on Approval, it triggers Funds Check.
