Can Form Spreadsheet Exports be Formatted?

Summary:

Is there any way to apply formatting to form spreadsheet exports (the Excel file that is generated when a user clicks on Actions→Spreadsheet Export)? (This would be for forms 2.0). So far, all the forms I've exported have the same generic formatting, even if I've applied formatting in the form itself. Thanks!
