Adding conditions along with the negotiated flag

in Visual Builder Studio for SCM

I am trying to use the negotiated flag on the requisition page and want it to be 'TRUE' only when the PR amount is less than or equal to 5000.

I have set the conditions as below in vbcs, but the scenario is not working.

Could someone please suggest what would be the exact attribute, which can be used for PR 'Amount' field so that the same can be used to satisfy the condition.
