Unable to View Individual Goals Under "Me" Tab in Oracle HCM Cloud (Redwood UX)

Hello Community,

We have recently implemented Oracle HCM Cloud with the Redwood user experience in our organization. Individual goals have been successfully uploaded for employees. However, I am unable to view my goals under the "Me" tab.

Could you please help identify possible causes or configuration gaps? Specifically:

  • Are there any Redwood-specific role or privilege requirements to view personal goals?
  • Could this be related to goal plan assignment, status, or effective dates?
  • Is there a different navigation path or UI component in Redwood where goals are displayed?
  • Are there any known issues or limitations with goal visibility in Redwood UX?
