Can you tell me how to reduce the size of ACH Payment File.?

As ACH Payment File size is exceeding 20MB, is there any way out to split the payment file or reduce the payment fie size anyway. Otherwise we are facing issue to transmit such a Big file (> 20 MB) to B2B server. Please help us with way outs.
