Different publish messages appearing

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

In some scenarios when publishing changes to HCM we have noticed that the publish message can sometimes be different and on one occasion (which I don't have a screenshot for) there was no message at all, it published straight away.

I was wondering if there's an explanation for this? In the first and second screenshot you can see the user is in Advanced first, then Express, so perhaps this is why the message differs for the user for the first two examples, but why would there be an occasion where no message or commit/changes message appears?
