Shortlisting Candidates' CVs in ORC

We are exploring ways to streamline the CV shortlisting process using the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module, with the objective of enhancing efficiency, consistency, and fairness in candidate evaluation.

Specifically, our objectives are:
Automatically extracting and shortlisting CVs using an AI and to generate transparent scores and rankings for each candidate.
We would greatly appreciate any insights or experiences regarding effective methods to implement CV scoring and ranking in Oracle, while ensuring fairness and transparency in candidate evaluation. Additionally, best practices for managing a candidate pool for future opportunities would be highly valuable.
