Bargaining Unit and Union's LOV is not showing up in the business rules in VB Studio

Summary:

Hi Team,
Bargaining Unit and the Union Fields are not showing any LOV's in the VB Studio.
the Bargaining unit has a tag of Canada and Unions are also created for Canada itself.

but for both of these seeded fields, the LOV are not showing up on the VB Studio
the expectations is that the LOV can be seen and we can make a business rule on the Bargaining unit.
for example if Bargaining Unit is 01- Salaried then the Union Member field can ye defaulted to Yes (the seeded LOV)
