assembly item not exploded into components in constrained plan output

Hi,

we are running a constrained supply plan in oracle fusion using FBDI templates to upload data into the system.

For demand schedule, we are using the sales order.

After running the plan, in output only assembly item output is given by the system, meaning there are no component items information.

On the contrary, if we use external forecast demand for same items and input data then assembly and component items information is given correctly.

Questions

Is there is difference in plan output information if sales order as a demand is being used inplace of external forecast?

If No, then why components item information is not included if we use sales order demand?
