We are currently facing an issue with the Learning Course withdrawal process in Oracle Learning.

As per our configuration, the approval flow is designed to trigger based on the DFF (Descriptive Flexfield) defined at the offering level, and this setup is working as expected when employees perform the withdrawal action from the offering page.

However, the issue arises when employees withdraw directly from the course level. In such cases, the approval flow fails to trigger correctly, resulting in approval failures.
