Can someone help me for below requirement.

• Currently, new hires who experience a change in their offered joining date receive an FYI email notification prompting them to complete the “Addendum Commencement Date” task.

• As part of this change request, an actionable email notification should be sent to such employees, allowing them to "Accept" the Addendum directly through the email—without logging into the Oracle Fusion system.
