Error on Load US Geography Information Schedule Process

Hi,
We are a non payroll license in HCM and trying to run the scheduled process 'Validate Input Parameters and Load US Geography Information', but it is failing with the following error:

Error: Geography Loader exited gracefully as we no longer support Vertex geography load. Please reach out to Oracle for any further clarification/alternative.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, could you share your resolution approach? We'd like to explore options here before engaging Oracle.
