Supplier Request Acknowledgement Notification template customization not working

Summary:

We are live with our client and have a need to change the Supplier Request Acknowledgement Notification template to not include the "Review and Take Action" link or even point that link to a different link instead of where it's currently taking the suppliers. However, when trying to do this the template is not updating in the notification despite following the steps outlined to Customize it in the custom folder and create a new layout template with the update.
