Similar Jobs and Suggested Jobs are not Appearing on External Career Site

I have Similar Jobs and Suggested Jobs enabled and have followed the processes on this page (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/faimh/set-up-matching-features-best-candidates-similar-candidates.html#Run-the-Scheduled-Process-for-Candidate-Recommendations) but when I apply to a job, similar jobs dont appear and if I go to my profile, there are no suggested jobs. I can upload my resume, and it will suggest jobs, but I believe that's a function of Rchili and is distinct from the suggested jobs page that should load on a candidates profile.

I know there is currently a bug around suggested candidates on requisitions but is anyone else having this issue with Similar Jobs and Suggested Jobs? In the screenshot you would expect to see suggested jobs loading below it.
