Redwood Layout Customization Options – Demographic Info Page in Personal Details

Problem Description:

A customer has raised concerns about the layout of the Demographic Info section on the Personal Details page in the Redwood UI. The current three-column layout is causing confusion due to the large number of fields presented simultaneously. This layout does not meet the customer’s usability expectations.

Expected Behavior:

The customer would prefer a layout similar to the Responsive UI, where fields are displayed in a single-column format when edited, with each field stacked vertically, as the questions follow on from each other sequentially. This format is clearer and more user-friendly for their workforce.
