What does the HSP_NOLINK value on UDA indicate?

There are a handful of accounts that have the HSP_NOLINK value on the UDA. What does HSP_NOLINK indicate? How is this value applied to the UDA on the account since it's not an available field in the EDMCS metadata feeding over to TRCS?
