Does the SVC_HRHD_IN_WAITING_DAYS only update SRs that are in the Waiting status?

Summary:

We are testing the auto resolving/ closing processes, and I wanted to clarify a couple of things:

  1. The SVC_HRHD_IN_WAITING_DAYS does this only update the waiting status to resolved if the SR is in the ORA_SVC_HRHD_WAITING status? Our client has child statuses under the Waiting Status Type so they can classify what the SR is waiting on but after we tested the process any SRs sat in any of the child statuses did not update to Resolved after the Auto-Close HR Help Desk Service Requests process was run. Is this expected? If so is there any way we can also add in the child statuses?
