Redwood Slow- examples: add/change assignment, moving between compensation, comments, attachments

edited Oct 15, 2025 7:52PM in Human Capital Management 4 comments

Summary:

From a user's feedback: Redwood is consistently slow and unreliable for routine tasks. It often takes several seconds just to move from one box to the next, and 10–30 seconds to switch screens. If I click Submit before the page fully finishes loading, it can freeze and I may lose what I typed. Changing one field can make the page reload again, and some toggle switches unexpectedly reset fields to values from the previous assignment, which can introduce errors. We’re also getting unexpected timeouts and there’s no automatic saving. This happens in different browsers, even after clearing cache.

Howdy, Stranger!
