Pick in multiple task for large order

Summary:

We have a business scenario where we want to create multiple pick tasks based on quantity, as it is not possible to complete them in 1 task.
I have gone through the task creation template functionality, where you can break by quantity based on the allocation, so I want to understand if the item is present in 1 location, then there will be only 1 allocation for the whole order, and we cannot break that allocation into multiple tasks.

Is there any way to accomplish the above use case?
