Issue with AP invoice creation REST API calls after Java upgrade

We have recently upgraded our Mulesoft integration from Java 8 to Java 17. Since then, calls to our Invoices endpoint:
https://ehsg-dev2.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com:443/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/invoices
no longer return usable error payloads. Instead, every field shows:
“Field value is inaccessible and could not obtain it through any public method”
We suspect this is due to Java version incompatibility. Could you please:
• Confirm if Oracle’s REST APIs support Java 17 clients?
• Recommend any JVM settings, HTTP client updates, or patches we should apply?
• Share workarounds for retrieving detailed error information?
