Need option to edit contract deviations report

Summary:

Hi Team,

When the clasues are modified in the contract terms while creating negotiation document, the clause becomes non-standard and the modifications are captured in contract deviations report.

We would like to add who has modified the details also to be added in the report. But we wee that Contract Deviations report doest not have any data model associated with it, please let me know if there are any other ways to add details to contract deviations report.
